  2.5 weeks after you claim to have dispatched the item, I requested a refund due to not receiving it. Your response was to ignore my request pretend that nothing was awry. No apology or excuse as to the delay. Then I receive the package with the Chinese shipping label, with my name, still on it. Reported to ebay for fraudulent search manipulation (claiming the item was located in the UK to get around the "UK only" search filter).
