  It worked when installed and came back faster than projected, just over a week. Pleased with the service, even had a call from the technician after fixed. Shipping could have been described a little better as packing slip and direction intended were not described from a user standpoint. I wound up paying to ship it on my own account which I don't think was necessary and also wasn't sure about putting packing slip in pkg or uploading to vendor for return shipment.

  The procedure and directions were thorough, and easy to use and understand. When I called, the lady I spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable she saved me the trouble of sending my touch pad with the control board. The technician who did the repair called me when he finished explained the complete repair and the warranty. I had the control board back (1300 miles away) in six days from the day they received it. Best price I could find, this repair saved me $3000, 22 year old oven works like new.

  I’m very happy with the service I received from the Repair Shack. They gave precise instructions in how to ship my part to them. They repaired it in less than a week and shipped it back to me. My mom’s oven now works. Saved us well over $2000 which is what we would have spent for a new oven. Would definitely use their service again.

  This was the most outstanding experience I've ever had with a service or repair company. They help you through the process, giving you the odds of repairing your part with expert advice. Chris was great with assuring me that my oven wasn't irreparably damaged, and that troubleshooting and repairing my control clock would make my oven good as new and he was right!! The quick turnaround time and tracking info was awesome! They are so skilled at what they do and I highly recommend them!!!

  Thanks for an excellent repair on my kenmore elete 40 inch control board. Needed a couple extra parts not covered in their listed repair. However I knew this was a possibility prior to shipping board to them. Also had a very dim display. Had them fix that as well. No more guessing what the temp is set at. Turn around time was very quick and communication was excellent. Called me about additional parts needed before fixing. Very professional and excellent service. Thanks again
