Had a few show up doa and contacted the seller to let them know some of the corys were caught up in the folds of the bag. I don't know if it's the way the bag was placed in the box, maybe too little water, or not enough air causing tension that would smooth the folds since I've never experienced this happening before during shipping. I wasn't expecting the seller to take any action or even respond but they did. That shows integrity and a dedication to customer service. I'm impressed.

Despite FedEx turning the shipment from two day into three day, all fish arrived. Alive and intact. High praise to how the seller packaged. The delay was in no way the sellers fault.  the delay was all caused by FedEx. Outstanding seller. Getting ready to make another purchase.
