I don't know if it's the way the bag was placed in the box, maybe too little water, or not enough air causing tension that would smooth the folds since I've never experienced this happening before during shipping. I wasn't expecting the seller to take any action or even respond but they did. That shows integrity and a dedication to customer service. I'm impressed.

High praise to how the seller packaged. The delay was in no way the sellers fault.  the delay was all caused by FedEx. Outstanding seller. Getting ready to make another purchase.
