I was able to pull a hand, only to quickly realize the tool had a major issue out of the box. There is a spring on the center post that is supposed to allow the center post to keep tension on the face of the hand. This would allow the tool to keep the hand from falling out after removal. But the center post on mine is very hard to move at all. The spring has zero chance of moving the post. This makes the tool useless as a holding tool for setting the hand, and allows the delicate hand to fall out as its removed.
