Came really well packaged , worked really great . We used Navage 6x so far right in the middle of the 6th use the the batteries went dead . we just received it the day before . We love how it works came with extra salt pods and instructions with cleaning tool . I have raved about the machine to my family because it really does a good job irrigating and cleaning out sinus . Feels weird using at first but once you do it couple of times it is easier .Helped my sinus HA go away that was a plus .

I don’t know why my son’s ENT waited to tell us to get the Navage Nasal Rinse until after his 2nd sinus surgery. HE LOVES IT! I know the Navage is a more expensive nasal system, so I’m thankful that the refurbished systems are available and it was like new. So don’t let ‘refurbished’ make you miss out on a great nasal system at a great price…GET THE NAVAGE!!!

Navage Refurbished bundle
This product is a great concept if you can get the hang of it. For me, it was difficult to get the nose pillows in at the correct angle to create suction. After a few tries the first time, finally got it to work without swallowing the salt water. Then, after that, my ears were getting plugged up. Contacted the factory and they were very helpful and sent me some smaller sized nose pillows at no cost. Tried the Navage with those smaller ones and there was no suction at all so went back to the original sized nose pillows. I am still having trouble getting it to work properly every time, but persevering because the few times that it worked, it did help with the sinuses and definitely could see a difference. For the price and quality of this refurbished product, good value. Looked brand-new. ... This product is a great concept if you can get the hang of it. It works for me!
I really didn't know what to expect knowing it was refurbished, but it looks like brand new. All the parts were there and everything was as the ad said it would be. It took me a while to read and understand the directions but once I set it up and tried it, it was ok. I had to figure out the correct angle to hold it to my nose. The first time it worked but I must have moved my head the wrong way and water game out my mouth instead of it getting sucked through my other nostril. Once I corrected the position everything was fine. I have a problem with nasal congestion and mucus. I have to use nasal spray before bed every night. After using the Navage the very first time, I woke up in the morning from the best sleep I've had in years, I was able to breathe clearly and didn't have to spend ... it is not better than i expected i have heard about this product for awhile and the reviews were mostly good and i am very happy with it, i have had sinus problems most of my life with a plugged up nose and headaches constantly. after going thru the learning curve on how to use it my nose is clear. I use it at night before i go to bed and nose is clear and no headache in the morning. I had one problem i used it twice a day morning and night and after a week I got a sore throat probably caused by the salt, took it down to once and problem solved. One huge complaint
When you purchase this item it works well, stopped my snoring and I can smell everything now. My only complaint is that you have absolutely no option and have to use only the Navage salt pods with this machine. I haven't found the salt pods in any store (only on line) and the machine is impossible to operate without the Navage salt pods. So even if I merely wanted to run water through the machine it won't allow you to do that. Now I am stuck buying their salt pods for the rest of my life.
