Am I missing something or did you send me the wrong one? - *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI got this laser and was really dissatisfied. After about three hours of cutting the laser carriage on the x axis failed. I had to loosen, and ultimately replace the ball bearings. Then the lens failed. There was a hole straight through it, I had only been cutting for a few hours, replaced that, now about three weeks later the Y axis has failed and I’m having to replace the stepper motors on it. The seller has been very little help and I am really mad.
