Money Saver
This is the best barber ever. It is easy to use and pays for itself in 3 hair cuts.. I have been using this remington type of hair clipper for 10 years until the cord wore out. I think this online buy saved me about 8 bucks and I am very happy with my purchase. Make sure it does what you really want

Has saved me thousands of dollars
I just replaced one of these with a new one. I used the first one for about 15 years, and I cut my hair almost every week. I only had to replace it now because I dropped it on the blades and damaged the business end. The new one appears to be built just as well, with the possible exception that the new combs seem slightly less rigid- but the old combs fit the new unit as well. The blades are sharp, the unit cuts well, and there is very little mess to clean up. Great Haircut Kit
The Remington haircut kit arrive as scheduled, in good condition. The razor works great and the vacuum is a plus, so there isn't a mess after cutting hair. There is a little residue however not a lot of messy hair to cleanup. The vacuum retaining cup has to be emptied several times if you have a lot of hair. The Razor does work great and the size of trimmer helps to cut or leave your hair a certain length. I cut my own hair and just because the Barber does not cut my hair the length I want, so I now I let the Barber just give me a trim around my ears and sides and I am happy with my hair cut.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very easy to use, just trust the guide combs
Tried a self-cut with this device. The vacuum works very well - I had put down a towel to catch any stray hair but couldn't find any. It's been 2 1/2 month since my last cut. Now that barbers are off-line I decided to get this unit because it's got a nice selection of guides and the vacuum feature. The power cord is very long, so maneuvering is not hampered. A bit tricky doing the cut on myself. Looking in a mirror. :) The longest length hair guide is 1 inch and I usually prefer close to 2 in on top. Managed to do a decent cut. The side combs will cut your hair very short around your ear, so be careful. About a half-hour of fiddling around. Best for the price range
This is my second vacuum clipper I purchased. My first one was used monthly for my husband's head hair cut and body hair trimming. The vacuum draws most every hair into it's easy remove compartment and the blade has always been sharp, never pulling hair thus making my haircutting easy. The other thing nice about this product is that it comes with a short comb attachment for use on mens eyebrows as well as neatening men's body hair, like chest, back ect.... It's lightweight design allows the user to trim a good volume of hair anyplace on ones body without the extra weight like other trimmers I've had in the past. This new model takes the same comb attachments as the older model. They have improved the AC cord plug to be smaller and much lighter than the last one which is nicer in handling. I've had my first clipper for over ten years and the only reason I had to purchase the second one is due to the plastic tab that holds the trim Combs had snapped off. I understand why manufacturers use plastics however being plastic causes the user to handle it carefully. One drop may crack plastic so use carefully. This is a nice hair clipper, the best for the price range and has always handled a good length if use time while doing full body, head to foot hair trimmings. I've bought 3 sets in 20 yrs.
In college I cut my own hair to save money, and still do 30 years later when short on time or don't want to risk exposure to infectious diseases. These work well, and there's no clean up because they vacuum the hair up as you go. In the box is literally everything you need to cut, and maintain your clippers. Oil, comb, hairclips, guards, scissors, and a pouch. More professionals should use them. One piece of advice, oil your clippers every time, and if they're not perfect every time, spend a few minutes and clean the hair out, it's easy and keeps your blades from dulling. See pics of how fine hair gets into the blade and tiny spots in the head.
