For a reconditioned tv it's condition is excellent with a beautiful picture quality and marvelous sound. It was great value for money and its overall appearance is perfect. If your looking for a new TV, you can't go wrong with this seller. Part of the table top stand was missing and once they received my email about it they replied within 2 hours and sent the missing part to me on a next day courier.

It also seems to be built really well and would certainly encourage me to buy another Panasonic TV. The first tv delivered by DPD was badly damaged by the courier but panasonic replaced it the next day and with a different courier to prevent a repeat issue. Would certainly recommend.

Can't really fault it but TVs should have 4 HDMI ports and this only has 3. This is my second big screen TV bought from the Panasonic eBay site. The first time the delivery experience was more premium but this time it was a standard delivery.
