I've only had this "new phone" for 2 months and not it's malfunctioning like crazy. It shuts off randomly and the back of the phone is coming undone. You can see the glue falling off the phone. If your reviewing this item I suggest waiting because it might seem like it's good but I'm finding out this was too good to be true. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EVER AGAIN. if I could give it zero stars I would. Highly dissatisfied.

Only issue was the phone dropped in price like $10-$15 bucks before mine was even delivered and i contacted customer service and they just kept saying to return for a refund. i asked why they wanted to pay return shipping and then shipping on the new device at the lower price and there answer was was again to return the item for a refund. i told them i can’t give a 5 star review and got no response.
