Love the battery system..
because I already have a Drill/Driver using the 20v Max batteries ad now I can swap them around. The chuck is great, just push the hex drive in and go. A little more $ but well worth the extra.
You cannot get a better tool than a DEWALT. I also have the 12v model and it has been the best for around the house jobs. But the 20v model gives me a little more power for those pesky 3" screws that have been in the wood for a while and larger lag bolts. note: my 12v impact driver is 4 years old and the two batteries it came with are still going strong.
