Absolutely great value better than anything you can get on TV. Beautiful and keeps my great room nice and comfortable. Delivery was super fast I can't say enough about this Duraflame heater. Very dissapointed but a stunning looking fire
I purchased this from the US for my Home in the UK !! not a good idea as the Voltage in the US is 120 and the UK 240 my heater would not work it kept on shutting down saying E3 overheat so a fire without heat and now the whole unit does not work !! very disappointed however when the fire was alight it was stunning unfortunately very short lived for me and now I am £400 out of pocket what with purchasing a voltage converter tooVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

I was so pleased with the Duraflame 3D Infared stove!
I would highly recommend this product to everyone! Not only does it provide excellent comfort, but it also gives the feeling of total relaxation with the fireplace effect! I was so pleased that I purchased three of them. I own a very old Victorian home which is heated with a boiler system, that although is a very good heating system, but is too expensive to maintain. It's a nice looking heater. The flames are realistic looking and it seems to be built pretty well. I'm just not thrilled with the amount of heat it kicks out. I think it'd be perfect for a small to medium size room, but 1,000 Sq. feet room is pushing it in my opinion.
