For the price some battery took the supplied charger over 24hrs to fully charge it so use your own charger may help. Seeing as the delivery driver dropped it from shoulder height bumf straight on the ground and was gone before i could get out i would say it is pretty sturdy. It appears to be working ok anyhow so i would advise the company to label future deliveries of these as handle with care.
