Strong suction and love the extra accessories!
For a seller refurbished vacuum cleaner, it's pretty good - at a very good price too! It came with the original box and all items properly wrapped up. I read a lot of review before considering it. It's not too noisy and the suction is very good. The cylinder part is very maneuverable and I love how this vacuum is designed to make everything very easy to use. You can power from the handle and select carpet or floor, and choose the suction power. The head lights up when in use so it makes it easier to see dirt. It also comes with extra accessories and hose to go into very remote places which is such a plus. For me the only thing is the handle is a bit heavier than I thought but I guess it'll only contribute to a good workout!

Works well on carpet, rugs and hard floor. On/off switch on the cylinder and also on the hose handle along with carpet/hard floor selector and three speed controls. Includes plenty of accessories for stairs and upholstery and a detailing kit for use in either car or home. Plenty of cable so you don't have to unplug to do another room. Easy to empty and filters are washable. Can get a bit heavy after prolonged use but otherwise a great little vacuum cleaner which packs up nicely for storage.

I Like it.
Reliable? I don't know yet as I've only had it for a couple of weeks! We will see. Otherwise I find it a breath of fresh air after having owned so many Dyson uprights and been let down by poor performance. This does a good job and has a lot of inventive features (detail kit especially). Great design!

Great Shark
Decided on this cylinder cleaner rather than a re chargeable one, just because they have more power and it does not run out. Once u get to grips with changing to the hard floor-carpet mode this really is a powerful machine. (The vacuum will cut out, if u use it on carpet in the hard floor mode-probably because it's much more powerful). Has a great pet attachment for the stairs and sofa Comes with in car cleaning attachments, which I used to clean my radiators. (in house)

Best vacuum I’ve ever used
This vacuum is fantastic. I was amazed at how much dog hair & dirty it picked up when my carpet didn’t dirty at all. It’s easy to use & change between hard floors and carpet as well as suction power. It comes with a number of attachments which I haven’t used yet other than one for the stairs. Worth every penny!
