well packaged, new boots received a week ahead of estimate. They look very nice and are certainly warm enough. They do run really big, however. I sized up a half size (9.5) as one does for winter boots- These fit like a 10.5, at least. I'm not going to bother returning them. I'll just add a thick insole and wear 2 pairs of fuzzy socks and have super-toasty toes this winter.
