  Shipping was fast. Packaging needs a heat pack but other then that great. Beautiful looking snow white plecos as described. Good price for fish.

  Thank you for your order. We are shipping from Florida and with the heat, the heat pack would have overheated the fish and they would have died. We found that out the hard way. We can only use heat packs certain times of the year, and because of this we cannot ship to colder areas in the winter months. This is listed in our descriptions.
