These supplements definitely worked as advertised. However, they came with a few side effects: wicked dehydration, raging headache, relentless heartburn and green feces. These work. Plain and simple. You will get headaches unfortunately. I usually take one pill and the two aspirin, with warm water. That usually last me 7-8 days. I'm not exaggerating. Hey i'm not a doctor but I am a 59 year old male that is very happy with this product. I don't know how it works but for me it does. About $3.00 a pill makes it affordable compared to the prescription Cialis or Viagra.
