    Magnezium at a good price and good quality whats not to love. With most of us being deficient in this important mineral this is a good pratical way to help rectify the situation.     Life saver

    This my second purchase been taking since Dec. Would recommend to anyone who suffers from cramp. I had terrible cramp in my calf muscles toes. Even more in the winter. Sometimes it would bring me to tears. Since taking tablets the cramps have gone. My doctor recommend magnesium tablets. I've told my sister to buy some.
