Excellent hardware, room for improvement for software, documentation
If you need dual extruders for printing support structures, and if you need to be able to print at high temperatures, this is one of the best commercially available printers on the market. The company’s EBay presence is first-rate. The product shipped and arrived very quickly. This was remarkable, considering the packaged product weighs close to 100 lbs. The printer software is ambitious in scope, but needs considerable improvement to make it suitable for production use. Documentation, either online or hard copy, is sorely lacking, and frequently is repackaged from another product, when available at all. Enabling the built in camera required numerous emails to tech support. Apparently the company sourced cameras from two different vendors; each requires a different software package. Neither package integrates with the printer software. As the company appears committed to producing quality products, it is expected that deficiencies in software and documentation will be remediated in due time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
