A Groovy CPU
nice PC build upgrade. I bought this processor 10 cores to the old i5 with only 4 cores. This mobo combo i put it in a ASRock z690 Steel Legend. It was going to be my fist built, but i soon saw i was in over my head and fortunately i had reconnect with a family member like 40yrs. later and her husband can build a PC. We did this today and this CPU is really flying. I'm totally happy with it as I finish setting it up. Cheers for this CPU I don't do gaming so...seems more HP and torque than the old i5 4690K I think. If U want old Mobo and CPU + 16 GB RAM, case and power supply from selling on eBay these sell for $139 + $15 ship just he Mobo and attached CPU, so this worth to clear $120 or so after shipping, if interested contact me. If this not allowed on here I'm sorry. Just coming up for air with this after a half a day. This is a major upgrade for me. I don't game. So i don't need an expensive video card. It's totally useable on the price range I have none as fast as this is what an even more expense CPU would do idk. Have a lovely day!

Great Intel CPU
Another very good Intel product. I use for mostly basic things like reading the news, playing a few online games, etc. I am also using just the Intel UHD Graphics 770 for video and it is more responsive than I thought it would be. I have no problem recommending the Intel Core I5-12600K - Core i5 12th Gen Alder Lake 10-Core chip.

Great cpu. Powerful and reliable, so far. The con is the price of the motherboards for overclocking. Although this boosts to 4.9 gigs, so overclocking is not really necessary.
