Seller was under a lot of work load when tow came out so waiting a little longer for it to ship was more than fair. The box was banged up when it arrived but pretty sound packaging meant that nothing was damaged. Great communication is more than willing to do small things such as printing more of one type of model in a unit. Prints look great! I would recommend giving this seller a chance if you have something of theirs on mind.
