    Good product feels kind of cheaply made, very light not heavy. Be gentle plugging devices in because it feels it may break if you're too heavy handed. If you are having issues connecting devices just unplug the included power that comes with it and use just the usb connection only. Transfer rates between external hdd and pc/laptop are good but transfers between two hard drives is very slow, so try to only use one hdd at a time if you can, although it still works when transferring from hdd to hdd

    In order to make this USB 3.0 HUB work, the buyer requires the Intel USB 3 Driver downloaded, this will enable this USB-3.0 HUB work on USB 2 on machines that do not have a USB3.0 port, But if you have a machine with a USB 3.0 or laterport this Hub works 100% well, it's my third purchase and I recommend this seller 100%
