I LOVE my new iMac and the computer fit the seller's description. Honestly, it doesn't even look like an open box item! As soon as I got the iMac and set it up and so far its running flawlessly. I wish I knew of Quick Ship before because I probably would have gotten a great deal on my MacBook Air! ;) Thanks for an awesome product!

My only constructive feedback is as follows ( I noted similar feedback by other buyers as well) : Please place the original box for electronics and expensive items within a standard brown/cardboard shipping box. Literally everyone along every step of the supply chain and shipping chain can see the item being shipped - which can make buyer feel uneasy and subject the item to theft.
