Unacceptable sound and picture for a 2021 TV
Had to return this, unfortunately. The sound quality was extremely tinny, and the picture quality was way off the mark - in particular the colours just didn't look right. Attempted lots of combinations of sound/picture settings as I couldn't believe my 6 year old cheap Samsung could do a better job, but nothing made enough of a difference. The 2020 model (HX800) many reviews said was the best 40" TV of the year - if that's true, something major has gone wrong in 2021. Also, the power cable doesn't unplug, and the plug itself is moulded, so installing the TV neatly would require cutting the cable and putting on a new plug - why!? On the plus side, it was impressively light (probably because they used headphone speakers to save weight!).Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Slow and unresponsive
This tv is the slowest tv I’ve ever had. It crashes frequently and needs to be fully shut down mid operation. It fits the size that I need perfectly so that’s the only reason I still have it but I’m now wondering if the size is worth it at all. Very frustrating.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
