They also use it for butter making and are getting and ice cream attachment for it so they can make ice cream. These are heavy, the bowl is quite large, and mixing 2 batches of cookies is no problem. I used my other refurbished KitchenAid mixer for 20 years without any problem. Well boxed on arrival. Just plugged it in and started mixing. A good quality item.
