Great 16-inch Battery powered chainsaw.
For a 16-inch chainsaw plenty of power decent balance battery life seems to be pretty good. Haven't tried it on anything big yet but it just 16-inch chainsaw. Except for the rattling of the chain very quiet. Does not seem like a chainsaw without the noise. No gas to fill no mixing of gas great !!! Blower is great too this is the second one I've had no problems. No cons at this time

Exceeded expectations
Perfect saw for me. Just like the rest of the m18 line, this saw performs flawlessly. Needed a chainsaw to deal with some trees in the yard, but knew I didn't have the need for anything crazy. Chopped up a big maple limb without a problem. The base was as thick as the bar, and it didn't hesitate. Got through cutting the whole thing and all the limbs still with half the battery remaining. The picture is just what was left after burning all of the small stuff all night and this afternoon. The leaf blower is nice for small stuff but will still rely on gas for larger jobs. Good for clearing the sidewalk and gutters when done frequently. Very happy with the purchase.

Better than Gas
Obviously there are times where you need a gas powered saw but for 90% of the jobs the Milwaukee chain saw is absolutely the best. No mixing gas, no messing with carburetors, no cleaning air filters etc. love it! Works excellent
This combo kit was worth the money for me. The battery alone is worth 200 never having a chainsaw and leaf blower. Obviously for a true tree cutting worker you wouldn’t own a battery saw but for the average home owner needing to trim limbs and brush it’s perfect. The Milwaukee chainsaw an blower promo seems to be a good value and fit with my existing m18 platform. M18 chainsaw and blower combo
I am very pleased with my purchase of the M18 2727-22H combo . It comes with the 2727-20 chainsaw, the 2724-20 blower and HD 12.0ah battery . I priced it separately and it was super high . I was skeptical about the chainsaw outperforming a gas chainsaw but after I saw one in action where I work; it was a no-brainer . I have cut cross ties, oak tree limbs and about to de-limb a sweet gum tree . . As a side note; my wife has taken claim of the blower from me .
