    im so sorry we didnt know the item was going to Canada.... ebay shipping said it was going to Chicago.... next time we will make sure international shipping gets extra packaging.... thank you for understanding

    They shipped the next morning I ordered as promised and response was quick and assuring. Only thing is that despite choosing priority, it still took 5 days for delivery from WA to CA. It's rather a USPS fault I guess but I wish the package made it in time so I could receive it before I had to leave for my trip.
