This camera cup/mug will hold approximately 8 oz of liquid with the top screwed on, maybe 9 1/2 oz with out the top, definitely nowhere near 12 oz. If you add ice to your cup it may hold only 3 to 4 oz of liquid, extremely impractical. Maybe you can find some other uses for it I don't know what.

Cute Idea --- major design flaw
I saw this and thought OMG this is adorable! Since I'm a camera nut and needed a smaller insulated cup I took the leap. WARNING: you can't drink out of this safely due to the lid design, it actually curves in toward the middle of the cup as opposed to slightly out towards your mouth. The result is the liquid pools in the lid and comes out of the sides back towards the user. Will not be able to use this for hot drinks, ugh!!I saw this and thought OMG this is adorable! The photograph of this Camera Lens Travel Coffee Mug on Ebay looks good. To me, in person the Camera Lens Travel Coffee Mug is somewhat cheap looking, the base is not flat, the lid doesn't fit on easily and tightly. I was very much looking forward to utilizing this mug on a very regular basis. However, with some of the reasons I listed above that is just not going to happen. :+(
