I went back and forth with the seller for almost 3 days to get data connected. Seller did try and was responsive to ebay messages. At the same time I lost 3 days of data service interacting with the seller on ebay messages. I went to another seller websites and downloaded their instructions and was able to resolve the problem, a simple fix that seller should have with instrutionsReply from: zippyesim- Feedback replied by seller zippyesim.- Feedback replied by seller zippyesim.Thank you for your valuable feedback. We've made changes to our process and now there is an accompanying document with the emailed QR code that details installing and activating an eSIM with an iOS or Android device.
