  Car arrived serious damage and not in condition depicted, seller claims shipper and shipper claims seller so I’m stuck in the middle with no help from either, my best advice is buy local so you can see it, buy it and drive it home yourself

  Decent buying experience. I got a fair deal on the car when all was said and done. Had a little title glitch but nothing bad. These sellers sell a lot of cars nationwide. Like anything else, do your own research. These are all consignment cars in my understanding.

  I was the successful bidder for this truck, but Gateway said the car was already sold and it was EBay's fault for not pulling the bid. I have no idea if this is true or if Gateway is pulling a bait and switch, because they were quick to recommend purchasing a different truck from their selection. Makes no difference to me. I end up stuck with a one-way ticket to Denver to pick up a truck that isn't there.... I will be asking Ebay if what the dealer said is true, but for now, this suxs.

  We apologize for your experience. We do not engage in any 'bait and switch' tactics. We've been in business for over 26 years. We do agree that this item should have been pulled down on Ebay as soon as an earlier offer came through. When vehicles are marked as sold in our system, we remove it from our outbound feed but have no control over when Ebay or any other platforms may remove the vehicle.
