Ok cleaner, had a number of hoovers in the past, really didn't want another hoover but couldn't find anything else in my price range. Cleaned the carpet ok, it's hard to get it apart and back together, foot pedal release is very stiff to release handle. The brushes work for now, past hoovers brushes stopped working after a few uses, does not leak like the past ones I've had. All in all it did a good job of cleaning the carpet, the quality of the item is my main concern and how long it will last, haven't been to happy with any hoovers vacuums or cleaners I've purchased in the past. Time will tell, for the price and how it cleaned I am satisfied so far with this item.

I have to say this carpet cleaner is well made as you would suspect from Hoover and ran great. Nice and lightweight and a pleasure to clean at end of the job. I cleaned all my carpets the first time I used it. I highly recommend.

I’ve owned several carpet cleaners before. This one is the best so far. I have noticed other carpet cleaners lose suction power after 4 or 5 uses, so I hope this one holds up better. Time will tell, but priced this low, this unit exceeded my expectations on 1st use. My only Only wish is that the scrub brush area was easier to clean after use.

So far so good, it really did a great job cleaning my sofa and seats of my car. I recomended it to my daughter and she was pleased with the results on her carpet. The only thing was that it had a funny smell but I guess it was because of first time use.
