We received this QN90 Smart TV in excellent condition after unpacking and initial setup. Advanced Features make this a pleasure to setup and enjoy, in fact we feel we are part of the action. We installed the TV with a 125lb wall mount in our entertainment center and fell very comfortable with the results. Best TV picture I have ever experienced
I purchased this TV after many hours of online researching the pros and cons of QLED vs. OLED and for me, this model was the better choice. The reason I decided to get this model was because of all of the reviews stating this model was the best TV for watching in the daytime with a lot of window light in the room or at night with lights turned on. Most of my TV viewing is done in a lighted environment. I could not be happier with my choice! Got my TV yesterday and set it up using the default setting for picture quality which was with both Intelligent Mode and Adaptive Picture Mode – ON. Out of the box the picture was absolutely gorgeous with HDR+ movies so lifelike you felt you were there in the movie. Talk about an immersive experience! While the majority of review sites say to turn both of these settings off because they cause what is known as “The Soap Opera Effect” (picture looks TOO realistic), my family totally loved the quality and realism of being “in” the movie. The “proper” way to watch movies, so they say, is to turn off these two modes and select the Filmmaker Mode to see the movie as the makers intended, but we actually prefer them on as the detail is so incredible you can almost reach out and “touch” the actors. The colors are true to life and vibrant. Picture is incredibly bright, but blacks are still black. Saw absolutely NO blooming whatsoever. I got chills just watching House of Dragons Episode One where the dragon flies over King’s Landing. It was like being there riding the dragon yourself…really hard to put into words. I attached a couple pictures, but they really don’t do justice to this TV. It is something to be experienced. This is the best purchase I have made in a while and the best TV I’ve EVER seen. Kudos to iElectrica for going above and beyond in customer service. It wasn’t until after I ordered my TV that I found out I was out of their carrier’s delivery area and would have to cancel my order. But instead, they were able to get a different carrier and deliver my TV. This took a little longer, but the wait was well worth it! Thank you iElectrica for going above and beyond to get my order to me rather than cancel it and make me go somewhere else.

Great picture for a 75" set. At first, I was worried that it might be a little too big for the area in my den as I was only 8' from the TV. However, it turned out that it was perfect with an almost life size view of the screen.
