  Horrendous, nerve wracking experience. Totally got the runaround. It showed as delivered on tracking when it wasn't. Their "customer service" had several levels of incompetence. They say they couldn't contact me. They didn't try very hard. They cancelled the deal on me, and left me high and dry to deal with Afterpay, who were fortunately a hell of a lot more competent than them. Ended up getting the same product with no issues about taking my money from Harveys for $700 cheaper.
