Ok so it comes apart but each section is really heavy. I am unable to lift the seat, battery, rear wheels and actually scooter. So since delivery it's stuck in our hall, for disabled person to load into car it's too much, we had to get one with suspension for my husband, we were due a mobility car but had to arrange hoist for car, which in turn has had opposite affect to our needs, as was to get us both out as been stuck in since October 23 ☹️ car now delayed for 3 weeks until hoist fitted ☹️☹️

The item is perfect and very true to the description, it was also a good price and the seller most helpful. There was a problem with the delivery when the courier, DPD, provided a picture to say delivery had been made. The picture was not my address and there were no clues as to where it had been left. Also the tracking was not completed so EBay thought it must still be in transit. Livewell Today acted very promptly and supplied another item which arrived successfully the following day. 10/10

Well packaged in a large box, easy to put together, there were some bolts missing so I contacted the supplier and they apologised and sent me out the screws in the post the next day, excellent customer service, would definitely buy from them again
