This was the second phone that I had to buy from the seller, although this was no fault of the seller's...I dropped the first one in the swimming pool and it was beyond saving after that. The first one had a non-functional down-volume button before it fell into the pool (which wasn't a deal breaker), but this second one seems to work perfectly.

The iPhone 8 Plus is new and was delivered at the expected date but generally the iPhone is not worth writing home about. It’s a total waste of time and money, l think I’d rather name it a toy than a phone. Malfunctioning at any time. I’m totally disappointed at the rate it works and even goes hot at anytime I wasn’t looking forward to this kinda phone, I started with iPhone 4 and to sincere l never experienced it this bad.I want to return and a refund made, except if there’s any option

Horrible experience, the reviews for this company should say it all. The phone I receive was advertised as new and unopened. However, it is a poorly refurbished phone that was junk from the beginning and completely stopped working within a couple weeks. Package was opened when it was received. All the seller says is sorry, we will talk to our supplier. Do not trust this seller!! It won't even turn on to wipe personal info off the phone, so It can't even be returned. Do not take a chance!
