    It is pretty awesome upgrade.

It has a nice feel to it, and I have average male hands (6ft male). I just got it and don't know the battery life, but overall my first impression is very positive. Nice set up for sure and I have it running with the logitech k750 solar mac keyboard and they both run off of one unifier as described, so it is awesome.. i take one USB port vs my last set up with two (one mouse and one keyboard). So far so good!

Logitech 510 may or may not work for you. 50/50 chance either way.

This Logitech 510 is a newer design of one I have and have used for years on Macs. I bought this refurbished unit for my mother and it won't completely pair with her Windows 7 computer. This is a common complaint for the 510 refurbished or unused. The basics work. Scroll wheel, optical tracking and back/forward buttons. But I cannot pair it thoroughly enough to customize the other functions as I can with my old one. Left/right scrolling with the scroll wheel cannot work among other custom settings I have on my 510 and other even older Logitech mouse. It seems to be a crap shoot as to whether you will get one that pairs properly. The cost of sending it back nearly negates any money I would save for a better mouse than new Logitech models under $50. Pros: Tracks well, sleeps to save battery. Forward and back buttons. Cons: Does not pair to Unifying dongle well enough for all options. Cuts out on connection to Unifying device/dongle randomly. Logitech support is lacking.

  • No tangles...easy set-up-

Good quality mouse w/no messy cord. Have since bought another Logitech(M510) to use with my laptop. Batteries seem to last forever. Mouse does what a mouse is supposed to do!

  • PC Mouse M510 features

Great mouse, fits hand perfectly, has scroll wheel and side buttons to navigate certain features, the USB transmitter is a plus to use anywhere to control the mouse. Has an off/on switch to conserve battery life which is sometimes forgettable to use. Overall a great little product.

  • The original type, faithful M510

These work well for their intended purpose. This particular mouse mouse, a Logitech M510 (The original type) replaces the previous M510 I had that developed tracking problems. I like this particular model because they're intuitive, responsive, comfortable, and the older setpoint software works well allowing for some customization.

  • Too big for small hands, but good mouse

Im a small guy 5'6 and this is a large old style mouse, its kind of big by modern standards, but has all the buttons i needed and great Logitech quality battery life and range..

  • Logitech mouses are always great!

I like this very well, and at the present time I call it perfect. If it holds up well and doesn't eat batteries too quickly it will indeed be perfect. I have several Logitech mouses, corded and wireless and all have stood the test of time so I have no doubt this will also.

  • defective mouse more likerly flawed windows 10 update

Initially first few days worked well very pleased , Windows 10 update seems to have rendered it barely usable . It constantly stalls , fails to track then recovers effectively overshooting . I work in a high resolution dual monitor mode and transitions between screens are most problematic . Interestingly some websites are much more problematic than others .I suspect it initially was detected with a very generic driver automatically installed windows update either changed the driver or messed with the settings . If I have time I will install it on a Windows 7 machine and see if it performs correctly if I do not have time it goes in the garbage .
