It arrived in a box stating it was refurbished which is the only downside but mattress smelt and looked clean. It’s very firm to sleep on to start with but moving on from a budget mattress I knew it would take some time to get used to - 2 months of sleeping on it my back feels great and i fall asleep faster. If your thinking about buying DO IT :)
