Case is slightly scratched in one spot, but I really couldn't care less, as it's a case and it's going to get scratched anyway. It is an OEM case and was sealed in the box, so I presume it occurred during manufacturing or packaging, no fault of the seller. It's a perfect fit and I'm very happy, especially for the price vs. paying retail (and shipping !) from OnePlus!
