    Great multiple vitamin.

    When taking a multi-vitamin I've never felt a jolt of energy, happiness or anything of that nature. However, I don't always eat the right things and knowing the ingredients in this multi-vitamin I feel this supplement provides me with the nutrients etc that I may be missing. The tablets are easy to swallow with no discernible aftertaste nor negative side effects. Yes it has a strong medicinal smell but that doesn't bother me. The most important thing, I feel it's providing me with the supplements I may be missing. I've tried a lot of multi-vitamins in my life but this is the one I'll be sticking with.

    Great vitamins at a great price

    I have been consuming these vitamins for over a year now. They are definitely on the top list of best multi vitamin brands. I really feel energized and and can feel the benefits of their use. Keep in mind that vitamins don't do the trick just on their own, you have to have a balanced diet on your meals to really take advantage of the benefits you get from any multi vitamins you take.
