Easy to use with great features. Iffy when used with multiple devices at once.
So I heard a lot of great things from this set of true and wireless earbuds. PROS: Easy to connect Connects multiple devices at the same time Noise Canceling features Easy to swap out ear bit pieces sadly there are quite a few cons that actually bothered me more than I thought they would. CONS: Multiple device connections will not work if you are in a ZOOM meeting, conference, or other continuous audio activity. My experience with this was that even though I was muted and muted all audio coming from my online meetings, my phone or other devices would not stream or work. You HAVE to END the meeting remove the earbuds from the source for the meeting to use other devices. Comfort goes away after 2+ hours of continuous use. You can NOT use the left ear bud by itself. it will NOT work unless you are also using the right bud (main bud) you can however use the right earbud by itself. SOME lag in audio stream. The lag is not very noticeable but it is very obvious if you look for it. overall this set of buds are amazing in terms of audio quality and easy of use but if you are easily bothered by the cons I listed then I would skip this set. if you can live with this I would give these a shot.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

My new favorite wireless earbuds
Excellent overall sound with decent bass, great built-in features, impressive battery longevity with the charging case, and they don't malfunction when they get some workout sweat on them, as often happened with a much more expensive pair of ear buds I formerly owned (before throwing them away in disgust). The owner's guide is well-written and does a good job explaining all of the features, which include the ability through the Jabra app to customize them to one's liking. Finally sweat proof buds that fit
The sound is great and these fit perfectly. I sweat so much and had bad experience with my last pair of ear buds from a different brand. Good improvement over the 65t

Great value earbuds!

Great ANC earbuds!
I've previously owned the Sony WF-1000XM3, and overall this is a better set of ANC earbuds, except on sound quality, where I feel the Sony has a clearer, less muddy sound. But the Jabra is so small, lightweight and comfortable that for me it is a better choice. The ANC is also better on the Jabra, and the "transparency" mode works better as well. The only negative is that for my ears, the Jabra doesn't have such a perfect fit, and I have to be careful about it dropping when working out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Great sound and functionality, but a bit big in the ear.
The sound and functionality of these are great. They easily pair with multiple devices, transition between calls, music, and video, and pause almost anything when you take out the right bud.
