I spent weeks looking at similarly priced chairs on Facebook Marketplace, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger with Madison Seating. +1 for peace of mind knowing you won't get scammed. Extremely happy with this chair. It's refurbished but feel brand spanking new. Looks it too. It has every option you can get on this chair. Retail would be over a thousand dollars. Refurbished, 300 bucks. I work from home. Recliner was killing my already very bad back. This chair has adjustable lumbar support that is saving me and allowing me to work longer periods without having to stand and stretch. I love it.

    Love this chair!

    I sit for around 6 hours each weekday at work. I bought this after developing hip pain from my old desk chair. It looks and works like a brand new chair & it is wonderful! My hip pain has decreased significantly after a few months of use. It's not bulky and the mesh keeps me cooler than my old chair. It was definitely worth the money for me.

    Frankenstein chair

    I've sat in a Leap for many years at my office, and I can say this chair is a Frankenstein. Many parts were not OEM Steelcase and low quality. The pneumatic, arm pads, seat fabric/padding, base and casters were non-Steelcase low quality. The Steelcase mechanism and chair frame had significant wear and damage. For example, the height adjustment lever was repaired using tape, back slope adjuster was jammed and sticky, and the cap on the dial for the seat tension was broken off. The seller tried to blame everything on the shipper, but I was not convinced. Once I save enough cash, I'll be buying a real Steelcase chair - this one simply does not cut it.

    Great value. Great build quality. Refurbished like brand new.

    These are clearly refurbished but they still come with the ten year warranty -- a testament to the build quality you can be confident in. I doubt I'll need to utilize that warranty because it is re-built like new anyway. Mine came with the lumbar support, size B (dark green). For 400 bucks, this is a no brainier for such an ergonomically superb chair.

    Great Chair if you spend a lot of time at a desk.

    The quality and condition of this chair is amazing. can't be beat! This Chair is a must have If work at a desk for many hours. I have this chair at work so I had to get one for my home office! After going through 3 office chairs form staples or office max in the span of 4 years, Its nice to invest in a quality chair that came with a ten year warranty.
