Really easy to put together with comprehensive instructions. Friendly and helpful seller who answered all my daft questions. Sliding mechanism to open and close works really well. Actually bought this for my spare room which I want to use as a craft room but have the option of a spare double bed. It makes a great compromise.

The bed is well made and easy to pull out/push in and fits perfectly. Easy to assemble. Only negative is the smell from the MDF is very offputting and has not dissipated yet. Not sure if its formaldehyde or laser burning I'm smelling but not pleasant.

Thank you for your kind comments about the bed. Regarding the smell you reported, I can't understand where this comes from. We manufacture thousands of MDF furniture products every year and this is the first ever mention of a smell. Could it be the foam you bought for the mattress? Our MDF is the best quality, made by Medite to E1 standard which means it doesn't emit more than 0.1 ppm of formaldehyde into the ambient air. Also all our MDF is machined by computer controlled cutters, not lasers.

Furious item not arrived it was only dispatched today 23rd ordered on the 19th paid £50 for next day delivery and just checked it not arriving until Sunday28t I will be on holiday, complete not as described I would have bought one locally, but thought it will be here Monday Tuesday at the latest. Never again ebay sellers are full of nonsense I am not happy I spend alot of money on ebay and recently have been let down again and again ,please do me a refund contact seller and cancel order.

Even though I patiently explained the concept of "Dispatch time" (ours is 5 working days) we were bombarded with a tirade of abuse through ebay messages because his item didn't arrive next day. The guy made a mistake but he insists on blaming us. I bet he's so much fun to live with ;)
