Output power: 100W (25W AM). Whether listening to both sides of DX station running split, or looking for a multiplier on a different band or mode, the dual receivers in the IC-7610 have you covered. Two separate DIGI-SEL preselectors, two separate Band Pass Filter networks, feed two separate A/D converters into the FPGA.
I can't say anything bad about this transceiver. That which says yea or nay to this kind of radio is it's receiving sensitivity and selectivity. My opinion is this unit is the best in class for these parameters. I've been a ham since 1971 and this is the most intuitive radio I've owned.
Amazing transciever, big improvment over IC-7600.
Being a Japanese model, it took awhile to change to English Language.
After that all was good.
Would definitly recommend.
