      Good quality!

      The commercial model is much better quality than the professional. However, the 8 qt bowl does not hold a bigger batch of yeast dough than the 6 qt, due to the fact that the placement of the beater is the same. Unless you dont mind taking it apart every time to clean the dough out of the shaft.

      This item was supposed to be white. It is dark gray. I’m using it in a commercial kitchen so the color is not important.

      Good buy, but paddles do not reach the very bottom of the bowl, it’s only for large batches

      Great professional stand mixer, sturdy, does a great job, not good for small amounts of batter, because the paddles do not come close enough to the bottom to mix, it’s for larger batches, great product, despite this oversight , great for my bakery

      Performs as expected, have used for mixing and meat grinding so far. More forceful yet much quieter than the tilt-head model it replaced. Big capacity yet worked fine for a smaller 4 cup job.
