    Stretch out Strap with exercise poster.

    Exactly what I needed for my Physical Therapy. High-strength nylon with loops at each end and also every few inches from end to end so you can find the perfect length for your stretching need. The illustrated poster shows 19 different stretches for every muscle group. I love it.
