They were very clear that they had no control on whether or not the exact computer I got would qualify. It did not. I hemmed and hawed and let them know. They told me that I could send it back no questions for a month. The Studio ran perfect. They're communications with me was perfect as well. While I didn't get Apple Care, I would highly recommend them. A great company to do business with again.

I’ll return it.” My win, their loss. My only gripe is that the box was shipped with the original iMac box. And not sealed in a secondary box to hide the fact an iMac was being shipped. Still required to sign for it. But it would’ve been nice if it was sealed in another box. Great price for what ya get!
