  The shipping and packing of item was top tier. Packaging was in original box plus packing peanuts in a much larger box. Send through UPS box was not damaged. The item was Lelit Victoria espresso machine and came as described. This machine is very nice in person the pictures did not do it justice. Value is good if you are into DIY. Hopefully I can fix it but seller was accurate and honest about the unit. I would highly recommend this seller.

  This seller is very professional with a nicely detailed invoice that accompanied the diesel locomotive. It was as described and although used, in very good condition and included a video of it actually running a definite plus for me as a buyer. It was extremely well packed in an Atlas box in a larger air-filled bag box, and came fully intact, not even a broken coupler which is a great change over the norm. Shipping cost worth it given the packing. Overall, a great value; it runs well. Thanks!!

  Although this computer wasn't delivered to me as described, (there were dead pixels), It was shipped really fast and still had AppleCare so I drove it to the Apple Store and they saw dead pixels too and they replaced the display at no cost and the seller refunded me 10% of the original price for my trouble. I'm very happy now that it's up to par. It was shipped in the original box and was packed well.
