Package got as far as Atlanta Georgia, which was just about 65 miles from my location. When package was handed off to USPS for final delivery it was deemed "insufficient postage" and would not be delivered. Seller tried for almost 2 weeks to resolve issue with USPS but USPS referred him to Ebay to determine further action. Ebay refunded me my purchase price. At this time seller has no package.
