There was a screw missing in the harp, which was not identified in the write up by the seller and seller did not respond to me question about it. But otherwise it was a very positive experienceReply from: bandbgreenhills- Feedback replied by seller bandbgreenhills.- Feedback replied by seller bandbgreenhills.Buyer requested note: Buyer wanted us to clarify that we did in fact contact them as soon as we could and are working to correct the issue. There was a miscommunication due to the buyer sharing account with their spouse. As stated we are currently working with the buyer to fix the issue and appreciate their patience/understanding. Buyer wanted to revise initial feedback to correct this but cannot due to eBay rules around positive feedback.
