SR had someone commit return fraud where they put a cheaper battery into a more expensive box and returned it. SR then turned around and sold it to me. Honest mistake, but I got the run around trying to return it. Every morning a request for some other piece of information or a new picture. Should have just been a simple return but drug on for a week+.
