This was my first time buying a refurbed phone and so far I've had a positive experience. It came pretty fast and the phone had no visible damage or marks, it even came with a screen protector pre-installed. I'm hard on my poor phones cause I use em at work and have yet to have any problems with the phone. For $300 I can't complain. Photos attached are how the phone arrived

Other feedback I saw mentioned the seller installing a "complimentary" screen protector, however mine did not come with one. I'm assuming it just comes with one if the previous owner had already installed one, but it's not a big deal to me.
